Business Development Executive Distribution | FirmaPak | United States FirmaPak is a rapidly growing and leading provider of packaging solutions across a variety of markets, including Automotive, Beverage, Food, Household Care, Industrial & Chemical, Personal Care, and more. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Business Development Executive – Distribution to strengthen partnerships with current customers and develop new business with packaging distributors in Eastern U.S. What you’ll do: ·      Management and growth of assigned distributor accounts and prospects ·      Perform sales activities within a geographic territory and negotiate sales price in consultation with the VP Sales ·      Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products related to relevant sales territory   ·      Drive company organic growth by expanding existing and developing new business ·      Deploy sales strategies to improve market share in area of responsibility ·      Responsible for educating customers on company value proposition to win new profitable business ·      Provide input to the VP Sales for the development of realistic forecasts by customer and product based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort. ·      Provide input into the development of sales objectives and expected sales volumes (new and existing customers and products) ·      Responsible for partnering with the Director of Product Development to generate new custom solutions for customers ·      Influence need for additional marketing materials to best represent our prospective and current customer’s needs ·      Complete daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting to inform sales plans and projections What you’ll need: 1.     Located in Eastern US major metros with proximity to major airports 2.     8+ years’ experience and successful track record working with rigid packaging manufacturers 3.     Able to travel up to 50% 4.     Hunter mindset- who believes in proactively working strategically with customers vs heavy reactive. 5.     Strong experience in new business development, CRM, expanding wallet share with existing customers What you’ll get: An opportunity to join a dynamic team of passionate professionals where your contributions truly make an impact!
