We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is vital for driving growth and expanding our client base in the Company Formation, Audit, Accounting, VAT, ESR, and CT services sector. The ideal candidate will play key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence in the company formation and assistance services sector

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, a keen understanding of the business landscape in the UAE and be passionate about connecting with potential clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their. Responsibilities:

– Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and market research in the Company Formation, Audit, Accounting, VAT, ESR, and CT sectors within the UAE market.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners and stakeholders to promote our services as well as understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
– Conduct presentation and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the values of our professional services.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and analyse competitor activities.
– Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
– Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive lead generations that will attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
– Prepare and delivery compelling proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their expectations.
– Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to represent the company, promote our services and expand the company’s reach
– Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing the sales pipeline and following up on leads in a timely manner.
– Track and report on business development activities and results, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM System.
– Provide feedback and insights to management regarding market trends, client needs, competitive landscape to inform business strategies and potential improvements to our service offerings.
– Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field ;a masters degree is a plus.
– Proven experience in business development or sales, or similar role preferably within the Professional services of business consultancy, company formation, Audit, Accounting or related services in industry.
– Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and regulatory environment with existing networks and contacts.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
– Demonstrated ability to develop Business Strategies and implement effective sales processes
– Demonstrate ability to develop strategic relationships and negotiate effectively.
– Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
– Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Salary:

AED
4,000 to 6,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
