Position Overview:
Alpha Compliance Solutions is on the hunt for a high-performing and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead revenue growth by fostering meaningful relationships with business clients and delivering tailored compliance solutions. This is a remote role with a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, designed for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, identify their regulatory needs, and offer customised solutions from our suite of compliance services—including managed services, advisory, remediation, and call centre solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including social media platforms (LinkedIn), email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Proactively identify and connect with potential business clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to drive consistent revenue growth.
Client Outreach and Engagement
- Initiate contact with potential clients through direct messages, cold calling, and emails, building rapport and nurturing relationships.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at targeted organisations.
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand client pain points and compliance requirements.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of Alpha Compliance Solutions’ offerings.
Follow-up and Relationship Building
- Engage with prospects through consistent follow-ups, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Maintain regular communication with leads to ensure long-term relationship building and keep them informed about new solutions.
Sales Execution and Deal Closing
- Effectively pitch products/services to prospects and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close deals efficiently.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets to track leads, interactions, sales progress, and client information.
- Track client interactions and responses to ensure follow-ups are timely and relevant.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to management on lead generation, client interactions, and deal closure rates.
Market and Industry Expertise
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including financial crime risks, regulatory updates, and compliance strategies.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to position Alpha Compliance Solutions effectively.
- Share client feedback with marketing and product teams to refine and enhance our services.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within compliance, financial services, or a related sector.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales goals.
Skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to interpret complex compliance requirements and craft tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Native or professional-level proficiency in both written and spoken English is required due to the nature of the clients you will be dealing with.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working independently in a remote environment.
Other Requirements
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
