    As a BDR, you will do:

    • Expert in Lead Qualification, Prospecting, Lead Conversion, Solution, Closure Sales (End to End Sales Process)
    • Have hands-on experience in prospecting, lead qualification and management.
    • Convey unique value proposition through outreach (email, phone, and LinkedIn) to potential clients.
    • Lead generation activities in India and Overseas market.
    • Follow up on incoming leads. Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close the deals.
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
    • Develop lead generation strategies to generate current and prospective opportunities with clients.
    • Submit monthly sales forecasts and pipelines.
    • Refine messaging and develop outreach strategies targeting different ICP segments
    • Generate & exceed Revenue targets, number of appointments per week/month/quarter.
    • Day-to-day duties on generating leads.
    • Developing quotes and proposals.
    • Pitching products and/or services.
    • Create presentations and proposals.
    • Maintaining client relationships with existing customers.

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • 2-5 Yrs of Experience in business development or sales in an IT product/services organization. Preferably in a top-tier consultancy in product design, software development, or digital marketing.
    • Experience in selling and managing customers in the US/Europe and Middle-East is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
    • Passion for design and a strong interest in technology trends.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
