As a BDR, you will do:
- Expert in Lead Qualification, Prospecting, Lead Conversion, Solution, Closure Sales (End to End Sales Process)
- Have hands-on experience in prospecting, lead qualification and management.
- Convey unique value proposition through outreach (email, phone, and LinkedIn) to potential clients.
- Lead generation activities in India and Overseas market.
- Follow up on incoming leads. Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close the deals.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Develop lead generation strategies to generate current and prospective opportunities with clients.
- Submit monthly sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Refine messaging and develop outreach strategies targeting different ICP segments
- Generate & exceed Revenue targets, number of appointments per week/month/quarter.
- Day-to-day duties on generating leads.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- Create presentations and proposals.
- Maintaining client relationships with existing customers.
We’re looking for someone who:
- 2-5 Yrs of Experience in business development or sales in an IT product/services organization. Preferably in a top-tier consultancy in product design, software development, or digital marketing.
- Experience in selling and managing customers in the US/Europe and Middle-East is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Passion for design and a strong interest in technology trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Pay ranges from 5,00,000 – 10,00,000 (+ Performance Incentives) based on experience.
