Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to be a driving force behind our startup’s growth. This role focuses on strategic engagement with diverse clients, including corporate enterprises and emerging businesses, to promote and expand our IT consultancy services and solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and crafting tailored solutions to meet varied client needs, playing a pivotal role in shaping our success.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and effectively communicate the technical and business value of our IT consultancy services to potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to acquire and retain corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, generating leads, and evaluating client needs.
- Prepare and present customized proposals that align with client requirements, leading negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different sectors to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct client-focused sessions to showcase the relevance of our IT solutions to their business challenges and goals.
- Offer post-sales support, gathering feedback to adapt services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
- Gather requirements from clients.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT sector.
- Proven ability to engage with clients from various industries, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals and service agreements.
- Proficiency in developing sales strategies and managing client relationships through CRM tools.
- Solid understanding of IT industry trends and the ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly terms.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends and develop actionable insights.
