We’re looking for a sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. They should excel at building strong relationships with new clients while maintaining and nurturing existing ones. The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of sales success, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, including law firms, legal service providers, and other relevant industry stakeholders.
- Consistently communicate and engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and establish unique selling points to maintain a competitive edge.
- Confidently reach out to potential clients, including cold calling, to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and organize sales activities (experience with specific platforms is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Prior knowledge of the legal industry or experience working with legal clients is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and be able to decide the work direction themselves when needed.
