Role Description
This is a Remote Role (Location: India) for a Business Development Executive at Tejjy Inc. The BD Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:
- Function as the Point of Contact for clients during the pre-sales phase. Participate in the subcontractor pre-qualification process and respond to RFPs and bid requests. Conduct meetings with clients for scope discussions, query resolutions, and sales closing.
- Study architectural/MEP drawings to understand the scope of work for BIM and Engineering services.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Establish and nurture social media connections with key players and decision-makers of existing and prospective business accounts. Market and capture their interest in the services offered by the company.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
- Create proposals. Review purchase orders, sales contracts, and other agreements from clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions of sale.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal technical teams.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements & innovations in the AEC industry.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer relations.
- Experience in handling international clients is a must.
- B. Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or EEE Engineering is an add-on.
- BIM/CAD domain sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships.
- Functional knowledge of standard sales practices and strategies.
