ManoShala envisions fostering a world where well-being is prioritized and understood. ManoShala is
determined to enable a supportive ecosystem where end-to-end support for patient’s mental health and
wellness is provided with affordability and best-in-class healthcare facilities.
Manoshala LLP caters to corporates, NGOs, government, and individuals through personal counseling, group
wellness workshops, and EWP services delivered via Mobile applications and offline setups. Registered since

Minimum Eligibility:
• Proven experience in B2B sales and wellness
• 3+ years of work experience
• Top-notch communication and presentation skills
• Qualitative assessment
• Client acquisition and client management
Role and responsibility:
Title: Business Development and Operations Associate
Business line: B2B
Key roles business development, client acquisition and management, sales reporting, and regular sales
operations
End-to-end management for b2b sales including strategizing, pre-sales, optimization, pre and post
operations and post-sales client relationship management.
a. Corporate reach-out campaigns via LinkedIn, Apollo, and other sales tools
b. Maintaining sales data and planning sales pipeline
c. Managing corporate accounts for monthly sales and daily operations
d. Progress tracking and reporting formats
e. Capturing monthly invoicing details
Effective communication with all the other team members for collaboration and timely implementation
(finance team, design team, experts, technology team and others)
End-to-end expert management for B2B sales
a. Expert database management
b. Expert client mapping
c. Expert payment reporting
d. Expert relationship management
Managing operations and relationships for B2B clients
a. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
b. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
c. Timely resolving all customer queries
d. Maintaining warm relations with all B2B clients to regularly understand their needs.
e. Maintaining inventory, paperwork, and legal contracts for experts, clients, and other
partners
