  • Spotting opportunities: From identifying new business prospects to dreaming up innovative ways to expand our reach
  • Building trust at lightning speed and truly understanding client needs
  • Teaming up with our internal experts and senior leaders to craft strategic solutions, tenders, and pitch-perfect presentations
  • Helping create new services and products based on your ideas & insights (because you’re that in tune with the market)
  • Creating presentations that are not just standard slides – but storytelling to win hearts and minds
  • Staying in sync with our client teams to stay ahead of trends, feedback, and fresh initiatives
  • Using your powers of influence and negotiation to seal the deal and drive growth

About You:

You’re a curious, passionate go-getter who thrives on solving problems and uncovering hidden opportunities. This role is for someone who loves building relationships, finds excitement in challenges, and is ready to think outside the box.

Your superpowers:

  • 3+ years’ experience in retail Account Management, Agency Client Service, or Business Development
  • A good network with the ability to grow it further through events, LinkedIn, and relationship-building
  • Communication and presentation skills that make people sit up and take notice
  • You’re curious and an out-of-the-box thinker, coming up with blue ocean ideas
  • A knack for building relationships at all levels, from the shop floor to the C-suite
  • A valid Aussie driver’s licence and your own set of wheels
