THE COMPANY
We are seeking a talented sales representative to join our client’s Commercial Fitouts team. Our focus is on promoting employee growth and satisfaction, and we provide a supportive work environment where your hard work will be recognized.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about design, looking for a thriving atmosphere that encourages personal development. You’ll receive strong company support as you challenge yourself and broaden your skills in sectors such as Architecture & Design, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, and General Commercial Offices.
THE ROLE
- Serve as the main point of contact for B2B sales, promoting the company’s commercial products and services.
- Create and execute successful sales strategies to identify, target, and secure new commercial clients within a specific territory or market segment.
- Concentrate on providing advice and marketing to architectural and specification contacts, utilizing product knowledge, marketing activities, and specification support tools.
- Seek out sales leads, nurture prospects, and successfully close deals.
- Identify new opportunities through expanded product range and existing client base.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research, and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Excel in both team environments and working independently.
- Consistently maintaining the CRM is kept up to date.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify unique selling points and differentiate the company’s offerings.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Ability to network and build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers and tier 1 and 2 builders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Must be enthusiastic and autonomous.
- Proven experience of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Current Australian Drivers licence

- $90K – $120K base salary.
