Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the conveyor belt sector. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise, a strong ability to identify new opportunities, and the skills to foster lasting relationships while expanding the company’s market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales in the conveyor belt segment.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities across industries like mining, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Analyse market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the conveyor belt or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of conveyor belt systems and their industrial applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to effectively manage priorities and time.
  • History of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
