The Role
Based in Mulgrave and reporting to the National Accounts Manager, we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll play a crucial part in expanding our reach in Nationals across Australasia. This position is ideal for a self-motivated and organized individual. As a problem-solver for the team, you’ll use your retail understanding, Sales and Development skills, and excellent communication to drive the success of John Sands.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and Nurture – develop and obtain new business opportunities within key national accounts across Australasia.
Build Strong Partnerships – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that benefit both our clients and our business.
Drive Growth – Work closely with your team to expand revenue and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Think Innovatively – Explore creative approaches and new channels to unlock opportunities
Build Relationships – Utilise data-driven insights and innovative thinking to engage new clients.
