Continuous market research is necessary to stay informed on the latest NDIS policy changes, industry trends, and competitor activities. The Manager will be responsible for using this information to inform business development strategies, ensuring that the organisation remains competitive and adaptable in a changing regulatory environment. - Reporting and Performance Metrics:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for tracking and reporting on performance metrics, including client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration. Regular reporting to senior leadership will ensure that strategic objectives are being met.

The ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for growth, and address challenges within the NDIS landscape will be crucial for success. - Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven experience in acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts, and closing business deals within the NDIS sector or similar service-based industries is highly desirable.
