We are looking for a dynamic, talented, motivated team player with a passion for skincare, proven sales experience and results 

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our innovative team and communicate the benefits that our skin products have to offer our clients. 

You will be an enthusiastic and experienced professional wanting to work for a brand they really believe in.

You will have a passion for skin care and be responsible for servicing existing accounts and seeking new opportunities within your territory. Some overnight and regional travel will be required with this role.

Duties include:

  • Support and grow existing stockists by providing full brand support including training.
  • Presenting great skin care products, treatment and world-class machinery to new and existing accounts
  • Lead management, working with stockist enquiries and cold calling.
  • Effective management of call cycles
  • Daily and weekly reporting

 

Skills & Experience 

  • Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the skincare, makeup or beauty industry
  • Experience using a CRM program
  • On road sales experience
  • Exceptional client relationship development
  • Strong organisational, communication & planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with a drive to succeed
  • Drivers Licence
