As we expand our presence, we’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and showcasing how our digital solutions address the unique challenges within the public and private sectors.
The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to connect with senior decision-makers within the public sector and the energy market in the UK. You’ll secure meetings to present our solutions, focusing on how Resiency can deliver impactful results for their strategic objectives. If you have experience selling professional services, particularly within digital transformation or consultancy, you’ll be a step ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to decision-makers within central government, regulatory bodies, and energy-focused organisations to book and lead solution-driven meetings.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with public sector stakeholders, understanding their pain points and aligning our offerings to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our services are positioned effectively during client pitches.
- Stay informed about energy policies, public sector trends, and digital transformation initiatives to offer valuable insights to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, driving growth across our consultancy services.
- Maintain and update a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
- UK or International Market Experinece in Proffesional Services
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or consultancy, ideally within professional services, digital transformation, or the public sector.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, with a track record of securing meetings and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for creating and closing new business opportunities.
