We are looking for a strategic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving the next phase of growth for our company. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze the development trends and business operations in the payment sector, particularly in areas like banking and transportation.
  • Identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate company offerings to potential clients.
  • Drive business development by expanding into new product lines, customer bases, and industries. Build and maintain relationships to ensure scale sales and timely payment collection.
  • In collaboration with the Singapore technical team, manage the testing and certification process of local payment products in Nigeria to meet regulatory standards.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, computer science, or electronic engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience or 3+ years in sales, particularly in banking payment products and solutions.
  • Familiarity with banking processes and comprehensive knowledge of financial payment technologies.
  • A self-driven, proactive learner with a strong desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • A strong team player capable of coordinating internal resources to achieve customer objectives.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with preference for bilingual candidates fluent in Chinese.
  • Focused on achieving measurable growth and business success.
  • Passionate about understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Capable of guiding and influencing teams toward shared goals.
  • Motivated by seeing tangible results and making a difference in the industry.
