What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager (Agency Background) with an agency background, your primary focus will be developing new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle. You’ll work closely with internal support departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to promote sales for new and existing clients. Your ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations will be crucial in demonstrating our offerings to prospective clients. You’ll also manage large scale, complex contract negotiations, closing new agreements while maintaining consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to promote sales for new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new agreements.
- Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan.
