Business Development Manager Job Description :
Business Development Manager is the first face of any organization, she is first point for contact new potential client will have with business when they need any information on the product or service which is company provide. She will ambitious and energetic to help for expand business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- In depth knowledge on construction chemical product range.
- Conduct research to identify new market & customer need.
- Build Long term relationship with new & existing customer.
- Finding & developing new market and improving sales.
- Develop quote & proposal for client.
- Ability to manage complex project & multi task.
- Giving demonstration, training & presentation to client for understand the product specification with excellent presentation skill.
- Track industrial market intelligence with respect to market development. Projects & competitive activity, customer etc.
- Candidate must have passion for sales, good business skills.
- Proven ability to deliver sales target under pressure.
- Responsible for project sales, strength with Dealer, Distributor & applicator network.
- Prepare monthly weekly report detailing sales activity & progress against goal.
- Monitor staff performance on regular base & proactively driver & motivate staff to improve sales performance.
- Developing sales strategies & plan to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify sales opportunity on particular area.
- Ready to travel all the area nearby location as per travel mode mentioned in travel policy.
- Refer the travel policy & also take initiative for their downline to follow the policy.
Candidate Base Locations: Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Lucknow & Cochin
Note:- Female Freshers with great command on English & Hindi can apply. Knowing base location regional language is a plus. We are hiring for all above location.
