Clickmatix is looking for a proactive, ROI-driven Sales Professional to join our Business Development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our Digital Marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Web Design. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of our business by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

This position reports to the Sales Manager and involves close collaboration with the marketing and web development teams. You will work from our Melbourne office or remotely, depending on your location.

Note – This job will start from Mid-January 2025

This role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients by offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads, creating a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and develop customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Foster and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Efficiently use CRM tools to manage client follow-up and maintain pipeline accuracy.
  • Work closely with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum 4+ years in selling Digital Marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Web Design.
  • Experience working in a digital agency is highly regarded.
  • Strong combination of Business Development, Strategic Account Management and Relationship Management experience, both internally and externally are required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team environment.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive, confident, and creative approach – we don’t hire backgrounds; we hire top producers.
