Business Development Manager (Remote)

Job Description

– Maintain good relationships with banks and partners so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
– Identify key contacts at potential banks and partners to establish and foster a relationship
– Participate in one-on-one meetings with banks to explain offered services and obtaining necessary operational licenses
– Understand the problems and challenges of banks/partners and identify ways the business could better address those needs
– Grow the business by identifying new partnerships and business development opportunities
– Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
– Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business
– Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
– Set revenue targets and then develop and execute a strategy to meet those
– Coordinating with internal departments to meet the objectives needs & support managing the portfolio
– Review offers, contract, SLA and negotiate the commercial offer
– Responsible for creating Business plans and expected achievements for any new banking projects
– Providing the top Management with the most recent updates and regulations

– Keen analytical and research abilities
– Knowledge of relationship management best practices

– 3+ years of experience in a banking relationship role
– Good connections with different banks & stakeholders
– Good understanding of CBE regulations and requirements
– Minimum 10 years in the same field of professional experience

Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
– Business Administration
