DDI has developed an MVP platform along with products and these products are already deployed within customer environments as well as executed through partner coaching and consultancy firms focused in the domain.
The responsibilities of the role cover three key aspects:
- Sales Management
- Support CEO and DDI Team to achieve sales targets.
- Lead Sales Forecasting in Hubspot
- Work with Marketing to fill the pipeline
- Work with Pre-sales team to qualify leads
- Coordinate and push leads through the sales pipeline
- Interface effectively with the Customer Success Coordinator to handover closed deals to be executed
- Resolve Customer impasse in sales cycle
- Liaise with CEO for approvals of non-standard proposals
- Territory Management
- Lead sales activity with channel partners/VARs in care, health, heavy industries and professional services/corporate.
- Lead sales with direct customers in key strategic target areas
- Account / Channel Partner Management (VARs)
- Define ideal VAR profile and identify the right channel partners
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners/VARs
- Interpret the DDI value proposition for customers and channel partners/VARs
- Develop and execute Account and VAR Plans
- Develop proposals including joint proposals with channel partners/VARs
- Keep opportunity details up to date in CRM (Hubspot)
- Lead and progress the sales cycle
- Manage Customer objections
- Manage CSC for transition from Sales to Implementation.
Required Skills / Selection Criteria
- 5+ years sales experience in: professional services, corporate and/or heavy industries
- Proven track record in developing strong effective relationships to support the identification of opportunities and subsequent progression through the pipeline to deal closure.
- High level of tenacity and action orientation.
- Ability to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and comms plans to support deal closure across the DDI reseller network. Activate the DDI reseller network.
- Support CEO to execute the GTM strategy across all three streams (Sell to; with; and through).
- Ability to help translate the sales messaging into customer context and approach to the market.
- Ability to execute account strategies that close the right deal for the customer in the short term and structure customer engagements for repeat customer benefit and DDI business
- Ability to establish a strong online presence and travel domestically as needed
Desirable Skills
- Previous sales experience in HR tech
- Background in People and Culture consulting
