Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding our footprint in the technology sector. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our IT talent outsourcing services by connecting All Talentz with companies in need of specialized IT professionals.

  • sal Development: Lead the development of proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients, showcasing All Talentz value proposition in IT talent outsourcing.Sales
  • Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth for the IT division.Colla
  • boration: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Partn
  • erships: Develop strategic partnerships with tech companies, IT service providers, and other industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and opportunities.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services market, including trends in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools.
