We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Tabin Hospitality team in Brisbane.
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Independently plan your days as you strive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Lead Generation: Proactively create leads through cold calling and networking while managing, nurturing, and converting inbound leads from Google and social media ads.
- Direct Sales: Engage in face-to-face sales with customers through door-to-door interactions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, using tools like HubSpot, Aircall, Trello, and G Suite (no prior experience needed).
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Sustain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Product Mastery: Gain deep knowledge of Tabin’s products to effectively communicate their value.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales, particularly in outbound activities such as cold calling and meeting quotas.
- Experience in SaaS sales is a strong advantage, but not required.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales process and generate leads, ideally leveraging your hospitality network to create new business opportunities.
- Strong command of consultative, solution-based sales approaches, both in person and over the phone.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule to achieve goals.
- Comfort with various sales and communication tools.
