Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wealth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible providing comprehensive wealth management services to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and assets, providing tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analysis to understand clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop and implement personalised wealth management strategies, including investment planning and retirement planning.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and review of clients’ portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives and market conditions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, providing exceptional service, and proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage resources and expertise in delivering holistic financial solutions to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Financial planning professional certifications (e.g., CFP, EFA, DIPFA) are preferred.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and business development within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial situations and provide strategic recommendations.
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and exceed client expectations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
