Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wealth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible providing comprehensive wealth management services to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and assets, providing tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analysis to understand clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and implement personalised wealth management strategies, including investment planning and retirement planning.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and review of clients’ portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, providing exceptional service, and proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage resources and expertise in delivering holistic financial solutions to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Financial planning professional certifications (e.g., CFP, EFA, DIPFA) are preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and business development within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial situations and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
