Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Permanent Staffing Preferably within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have the drive to establish immediate traction by leveraging senior-level contacts and expertise. The focus will be on both acquiring initial client leads and creating a structured sales process for ongoing client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive client acquisition in the IT staffing sector.
- Develop and implement a sales process tailored for Permanent Staffing to ensure consistent and measurable growth.
- Utilize open-source CRM tools to track outreach, interactions, and client engagement effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and areas for expansion within IT staffing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless recruitment experience for clients.
- Generate a strong pipeline of qualified clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably focused on Permanent Staffing within the IT industry.
- Proven ability to build initial traction and secure client interest through established networks.
- Strong understanding of open-source CRMs and tracking systems for managing business development efforts.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with senior executives.
- Proven track record of success in the IT staffing space, with a deep understanding of the sector’s needs and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background specifically in IT staffing for permanent roles.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive client acquisition and expand market presence.
- Experience working in a remote setting, with self-motivation and time management skills to thrive in a virtual environment.
