Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals looking to earn substantial commissions. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll act as an agent or broker, responsible for driving new business and building client relationships to expand Biodegradable Future’s market presence. The role is commission-only, offering high-earning potential for motivated agents who succeed in generating significant sales. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with a proven sales background, a strong network, and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in target markets that can benefit from our biodegradable solutions.
- Act as a broker to introduce our innovative products to potential clients, building a pipeline of leads and nurturing relationships to close deals.
- Represent Biodegradable Future with integrity and professionalism, creating excitement and buy-in around our products.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients incorporate sustainable practices.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction, encouraging repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research & Strategy Implementation:
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify emerging business opportunities in sustainability.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy, using data insights to target high-impact areas and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field preferred, though not required.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar commission-based roles, ideally in sustainability, real estate, insurance, or similar fields where agents work independently.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build client networks and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey the revolutionary impact of Biodegradable Future’s products.
- Ability to work independently, managing your time and pipeline effectively to achieve high earnings.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and committed to Biodegradable Future’s mission.
Compensation:
- Commission-Only Structure:
- This role is 100% commission-based, offering substantial earning potential without a base salary. You’ll have the flexibility of an entrepreneurial role, like a real estate or insurance agent, with the potential for lucrative returns as you succeed.
