Responsibilities:

This opportunity is for business development role at EISG-SMS-WTS, which is responsible IST for delivering manufacturing solutions to semiconductor industry. The business development engineer will be involved in ramping up business with a new solution aiming at customers world-wide. Key objectives of the role are as follows:

Plan and execute New Product Introduction of the new solution
Work close with key customers as well as sales team for developing business opportunities led by the solution
Ramp up sales and support team that work effectively for selling and supporting the solution
Lead the continuous improvement of business strategy to achieve business goal
Contribute to the improvement of the solution by managing effective feedback-loop from customers to WTS
Work across functions including Sales, Order Fulfillment and R&D to achieve objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years prior experience in sales, marketing or business development. Global experience a big plus
At least 8 years’ experience in the Semiconductor Test industry
Technical experience in semiconductor test and DC or RF measurement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share ideas effectively
Excellent presentation skills
Strong inter-personal communications skills with the ability to influence

California Pay Range: MIN $129,450.00 – MAX $236,720.00
