About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Manager to take charge of our expansion in the EU market. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy connecting with people, and excel in turning cold calls into closed deals, this role is for you.
In this fully remote position, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, create client value, and help position BlueNovius as the industry leader in medical video content.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Connect and Engage: Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and current clients in the EU market, showcasing our unique offerings.
- Close Deals: Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and secure new business partnerships.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth client onboarding and solution implementation.
- Strategize with Data: Partner with the Business Intelligence team to analyze market trends and refine sales strategies.
- Exceed Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, driving company growth and your own professional success.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role (minimum 2 years, preferably B2B).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus!).
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales.
- A highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
