Now, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team! Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success and shape the future of our business.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying opportunities in the market.
- Expand revenue streams by increasing the share of wallet with existing customers.
- Focus on multi-channel B2B sales within the paint and access materials sectors.
- Build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions to fast-moving industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales with experience ideally in fast-moving industries.
- Ability to drive new business and expand customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge or interest in paint and access materials is a plus!
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
