Job Description:
- Managing the sales process: Close new business opportunities, negotiate with clients, and secure attractive prices
- Acquiring new clients: Use direct contact, word-of-mouth, and networking to find new clients
- Maintaining client relationships: Ensure existing clients are retained and suggest new products or services
- Creating business proposals: Craft contracts to attract more revenue from clients
- Understanding client needs: Anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Work with internal and external stakeholders on product strategy, market trends, and pricing
- Developing sales presentations: Create sales presentations and other collateral
- Equipping staff: Provide staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
- Reviewing feedback: Review client feedback and implement changes
- Staying current: Stay in tune with consumption trends to ensure offerings remain relevant
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Staffing Industry.
- Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.
- Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
- Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and
- Customers Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location.
- Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring Managers and Business Owners.
- Effectively present our services to new and existing clients.
