Are you passionate about driving business growth and ready to take on a challenge that scales both locally and globally? Tigotek is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead our expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute business development plans for local and international markets with a focus on generating effective leads and converting them into clients. Your main target will be hunting for quality clients to enhance our business both locally and globally.

  • Leverage the latest technology stacks to optimize business processes and client solutions. Having your own personal network, alongside client hunting via LinkedIn and cold email, is preferred and appreciated.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and partners to expand our reach.
  • You will be a partner in our company, leading your section and generating quality client leads.
  • Maintain a proactive strategy to generate clients and work closely with our Program Manager to nurture clients, provide technical support, manage project budgets, and architect custom solutions (e.g., Web Development, IT Governance for large industries, or custom software as a service).
  • Act as a partner of our company, taking ownership of your role with full accountability.
  • Be street smart and able to identify which customers and markets to target. Our preferences are Mid-Market, Enterprise, Industry, and Government sectors. For international markets, focus on Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Tech Industry B2B partnerships.
  • Ensure clients undergo our BANT analysis to align with our budget and revenue goals. Your compensation will be commission-based on the project’s total budget.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the latest technologies and their application in business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.

Salary:

Compensation is based on the number of successful clients you onboard, with the potential to earn up to $7,500/month.

Probation Period and Future Engagement:

After successfully onboarding two clients, your performance will be reviewed, and you may be offered a freelance contract with fixed remuneration. The probation period lasts until you onboard two clients.

Work Schedule and Flexibility:

This is a part-time/ad hoc role, allowing you to work flexible hours. You will have full freedom and self-accountability in your role, maintaining professionalism and a mindset focused on growing the company, not just on financial gain.
