About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a field-based Account Manager in the professional skincare sector. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering strong relationships to drive sustainable financial growth. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with key accounts to develop growth plans, offering specialized advice, and sharing innovative ideas to attract and retain clients.

About you

  • As a field-based Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing business opportunities within designated accounts to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Your proactive approach will enable you to identify new business opportunities within your geographical area while also recognizing additional openings within existing accounts.
  • With a strong sense of accountability, you will efficiently manage your workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all agreed actions and requests.
  • Building robust relationships, both internally and externally, will be key to influencing others and achieving exceptional results.
  • Your ability to analyse the strengths and coaching opportunities of salon teams/businesses will allow you to offer valuable solutions and mini training sessions to increase revenue.
  • Additionally, you will deliver year-on-year growth, capitalise on promotional activities, identify training opportunities, reduce deficit accounts, and strive for a balanced mix of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating a proven track record of increasing revenue and cultivating relationships with new and existing account partnerships, exceeding targets.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of sales and education skills, including questioning and negotiation techniques, as well as development and coaching skills.
  • Approaching challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and maintaining a positive attitude when faced with objections or obstacles.
  • Exhibiting excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in video calls, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
