Ruijie Networks is an ICT industry leader and OEM service provider with a complete line of networking equipment, enabling customers to unify the branding of their networking products such as routers, switches, wireless, and security.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end business development activities according to the established business development strategy and the targeted strategic named account, completing the sales cycle.

• Continuously identify new potential clients based on business development needs, creating a clear, tiered client development list, and consistently updating and maintaining it.

• Establish and continuously maintain a growing and substantial sales pipeline, with regular updates.

• Build and maintain stable relationships with key decision-makers of clients, gain insights into their business pain points and needs, as well as future business evolution directions and strategic planning, and promptly adjust your own business development strategy accordingly.

• Maintain and create potential clients and opportunities in our CRM system regularly.

• You will receive KPIs and are expected to meet or exceed these KPIs whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of sales experience with data communication network products in Germany, including data center network products, campus network switches, Wi-Fi products, home network DOCSIS, G.hn, FTTx, and carrier 5G networks.

• Extensive and well-established customer resources in the local German market, including local network product vendors, telecom carriers, ISPs/MSPs, data center service providers, cloud service providers, and others companies who may need OEM/ODM supplier.

• Ability to communicate with C-level decision-makers, quickly build trust, and foster customer loyalty.

• Experience in developing new markets from 0 to 1 and a proven track record of sales success. Team management experience is not mandotory, but the candidate must have the ability to independently conduct sales from end to end, completing the business development and sales cycle.

• Strong execution skills with a goal- and result-driven approach and a highly self-motivation.

• Fluent in both spoken and written German and English, with a driving license and long-term work permit in Germany
