MobiCom America Inc is the worlds’ largest aggregator and network orchestrator of private clubs and their members enabling members request access to private clubs worldwide when they travel, through our product platforms PlatinumClubNet™ and PrivateClubWorld™. In addition, these platforms also enable connections, networking and offer experiences to the members.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in India leading the B2B and B2B2C Inside Sales to the global market and Outside Sales for domestic market in India.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients on our global network (including India) through constant interactions and communications and in-person meetings.
- Follow-up with prospects on the backbone of marketing campaigns and schedule demos, and product presentations together with the business leadership and customer success team.
· Develop and maintain effective customer segmentation models to support target marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for specific customer groups.
· Analyzing customer data, improving customer segmentation, and optimizing CRM strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize leads effectively.
· CRM System Optimization: Ensure CRM data quality by identifying and addressing data gaps or inaccuracies. Enhance system functionality and automate processes.
- Conduct compelling and informative presentations to showcase our offerings. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales in hospitality and lifestyle segments focusing on acquiring new business.
- Excellent communication (Spoken English with neutral accent) and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Proficiency in working with CRM platforms (HubSpot)
· Proficiency in working with Marketing Automation platforms such as MailChimp would be good to have.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders efficiently
Experience: 5 years minimum of sales and business development
Location: Remote working from any location based in India
