Job Summary:

FreedX is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of crypto trading by cultivating key partnerships, expanding our network of influencers and KOLs, and driving user acquisition and platform growth in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Strategy:
    • Identify and onboard key influencers, KOLs, and other partners who can drive user acquisition and revenue growth
    • Develop and execute business strategies focused on expanding the platform’s reach within influencer and KOL networks
    • Create and implement tailored campaigns to attract and engage new audiences through influencer partnerships
    • Optimise affiliate programs and other outreach efforts to strengthen our presence in target markets.
  • Influencer & Partner Network Growth:
    • Focus on growing influencer partnerships in local markets to attract new users and drive trading activity on the platform
    • Devise creative and scalable approaches to identify potential influencer partners and onboard them effectively
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs and other high-impact partners to ensure sustained collaboration and success.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, user behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
    • Analyse user habits and feedback to refine strategies and maximise conversion rates
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market research and influencer engagement data.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Metrics:
    • Drive revenue growth through innovative influencer campaigns and optimised partnership strategies
    • Set measurable goals for influencer engagement and user acquisition, tracking KPIs to evaluate success
    • Continuously refine business development strategies to enhance platform performance and achieve growth targets
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align influencer campaigns with platform goals and user needs
    • Provide feedback to the product team on features or tools that could enhance partnerships with influencers and KOLs
    • Work with compliance teams to ensure all collaborations adhere to applicable regulations and industry standards

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
    • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the cryptocurrency industry
    • Proven track record of building large-scale affiliate networks from inception to execution
    • Proficiency with analytical tools and reporting platforms
    • Strong understanding of key affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and the ability to optimise performance through data-driven analysis and segmentation
