About Us

We are a dynamic and growing organization specializing in staffing solutions across diverse industries. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and drive our business growth. This role requires a staffing expert who can strategize and execute end-to-end business development activities, build and manage a high-performing team, and contribute significantly to the company’s revenue and growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and onboard new clients by developing tailored staffing solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Team Management:
    • Hire, train, and manage a team of staffing professionals to deliver high-quality services.
    • Set performance metrics, provide feedback, and ensure team alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Development:
    • Establish and refine processes for client onboarding, staffing delivery, and team management.
    • Develop and manage a robust pipeline for prospective clients and staffing opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Contribute to company growth by creating and executing short-term and long-term business plans.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct research to understand client industries and their staffing requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with client agreements and legal requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry, with a strong track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
    • In-depth knowledge of staffing processes, recruitment strategies, and client management.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to create and implement effective business strategies.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other business development software.
