Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new clients by developing tailored staffing solutions that meet their business needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of staffing professionals to deliver high-quality services.
- Set performance metrics, provide feedback, and ensure team alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and refine processes for client onboarding, staffing delivery, and team management.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline for prospective clients and staffing opportunities.
- Contribute to company growth by creating and executing short-term and long-term business plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Conduct research to understand client industries and their staffing requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with client agreements and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry, with a strong track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
- In-depth knowledge of staffing processes, recruitment strategies, and client management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create and implement effective business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other business development software.
