About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, system integrators (SIs), and end-user channel partners, while expanding the TP-Link product portfolio within Azerbaijan. The role demands a proactive and strategic individual with expertise in business development and channel management, focusing on Networking Solutions, Enterprise Solutions, Smart Home Technology, and Security Surveillance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve TP-Link’s sales targets in Azerbaijan.
- Identify new opportunities in key verticals: Networking Solutions, Enterprise Solutions, Smart Home Technology &
Security Surveillance
- Channel & Partner Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, SIs, and end-users.
- Actively engage with partners to align them with TP-Link’s goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis & Growth:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth areas.
- Conduct research to assess market potential and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and technical support, to align efforts.
- Ensure consistent communication to deliver tailored solutions that meet market demands.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and improve outcomes.
What Talent we are looking for?
🔹 Proven experience in Business Development or Sales Management within Networking, Smart Home, or Security sectors.
🔹 Deep knowledge of the Azerbaijan market and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
🔹 Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence decision-makers.
🔹 Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
🔹 Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
🔹 Fluency in Azerbaijani and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
