Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional who thrives on the thrill of the chase but also values the importance of building strong, lasting relationships.

    Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales, ideally within the capital equipment industry. Mechanical aptitude or technical expertise will be highly regarded.
    • Proven Success: A demonstrated ability to drive strategic new business development, build and maintain strong client relationships, and close substantial corporate deals.
    • Sales Expertise: Experience managing the entire sales cycle—from identifying key decision-makers to account management and upselling.
    • Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in effective sales and marketing strategies and techniques.
    • Strategic Vision: Excellent planning skills with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
    • Self-Motivation: A driven, energetic, and self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently.
    • Presentation Skills: Confidence and skill in presenting products and services to potential clients, from initial contact through to closing the sale.
    • Positive Energy: A passion for sales, coupled with enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset.
