Dynamic Group Holdings are a supplier of various specialised drilling, blasting and exploration services in the mining and construction sectors across WA.
Our wholly owned subsidiaries include Dynamic Drill and Blast, Orlando Drilling, Welldrill and Airwell. Across the Group we employ over 300 employees and are going through an unprecedented period of growth and expansion.
About the ROLE
As we embark on the next stage of growth for the Group, we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team in a full-time capacity based in Osborne Park.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing growth opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and developing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across the Group.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Identify and scope expansion opportunities (including M&A and JV’s etc) across the Group.
- Prepare and submit high quality EOI, budgets, tenders and presentations to prospective clients.
- Align business growth strategies with operational efficiency, ensuring contractual commitments and Group goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- CRM management.
- Attend industry / networking events to enhance brand visibility and promote new business.
About YOU
To be successful, you will be an energetic self-starter, who is motivated, collaborative and thrives in an ever-changing environment. You will also have:
- Extensive experience working in a similar fast paced environment preferably within the mining / drill and blast / exploration / water well drilling industries.
- A proven track record in client relationship management and growth.
- Proven sales and marketing skills with an understanding of our clients, industry and Group product offerings.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Have a working knowledge of risk management processes, assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Previous experience contributing to tender submissions and contract performance reviews
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective networks with key stakeholders and potential new clients.
- Proven project management skills across multiple complex projects to ensure on time delivery within budget.
- Proven commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all.
- Well-developed IT skills including use of CRM systems and advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
