Role Overview:
As a Business Development (BD) Manager at Magma Devs, you will lead the expansion and success of our flagship product – RPC Pools. This role will have a strong sales focus, where you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers while ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success. Your ability to build lasting relationships, drive adoption, and maximize the value of our offerings for partners will be central to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing success success strategies for RPC Pool partnerships
- Expanding Lava’s customer base within our partnering ecosystems – mapping, outreach, sales, onboarding
- Building strong relationships with our partners and their communities
- Staying engaged and engaged with our customers and community, with a proactive approach to their needs
- Gathering feedback and analyzing data to drive improvement
- Regularly sharing updates and insights with our customers and team
- Developing simple and repeatable processes to maximize success for ongoing & future partnerships
- Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the customer base and grow revenue
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development (BD) in the tech and blockchain field, with a proven ability to meet sales targets
- Organized and detail-oriented: with experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking numerous projects
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills: comfortable meeting and presenting to partners at both virtual and in-person events
- Strong relationship network within the blockchain industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of diving into complex issues and quickly finding solutions
- Experience collaborating with developers, engineers, and product managers to meet customer requirements
