Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at MarsDevs. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. Additionally, the role involves market research, planning promotional activities, and constant communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in client relationship management
- Knowledge of digital product development and technology industry of at least 7 years
- Must have led a team of BDEs or SDRs
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM software is a must
- Must be great at proposal and contract management. Must be able to write great business proposals with attention to details to terms and conditions
- Must be able to leverage various tools for lead generation
- Must be able to track performance of the team and reporting
- Must have worked in the international market
- Must have led a team of BDEs or SDRs for at least 5 years
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Services company like MarsDevs
- Experience in closing sales deals
- Experience in sales teams that convert
- Must have experience across various domains
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
