Responsibilities
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth
- Focus on current partnerships/building new partnerships and understanding what the organizations are looking to achieve to help grow the accounts.
- Evaluate and improve business models including sales strategy and pricing strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, marketing, finance and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to develop new business relationships and drive strategies to grow those relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while remaining focused on long-term objectives.
- Demonstrated ability in building, managing, and scaling sales operations.
- Ability to establish and maintain trust/credibility with existing and potential customers.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales and/or account management
