Business Development Manager Uk I (Remote)

Hobson Prior is recruiting for a dedicated Lead to oversee and run Business Development. This role includes being in charge of the sales territory, generate new clients, and build long-term relationships. The successful candidate will also promote our services and brand. This is a remote position within the UK, with regular travel to Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your sales territory and meet sales targets.
• Find new clients through various sales activities.
• Identify and engage with emerging companies.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Work with internal teams to enhance our service offerings.
• Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
• Handle the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Participate in global and regional sales meetings.
• Use your network to acquire new business.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in selling clinical, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance solutions.
• Strong results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, global environment.
• Skilled in finding and closing new business deals.
• Responsible and diplomatic.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and globally as needed.
