Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, driving revenue growth and enhancing market presence.
- Identify and engage potential clients, generate leads, and successfully convert opportunities into lasting partnerships, ensuring sustained sales growth.
- Consistently meet and surpass defined sales targets while showcasing exemplary performance that contributes to the overall success of the organization.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, effectively articulating their unique value propositions to prospective customers.
- Expertly negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to establish mutually advantageous agreements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate business expansion.
- Act as the primary liaison for strategic accounts, ensuring exemplary engagement and service delivery.
- Conduct outreach initiatives to gather insights into client needs through surveys and campaigns, enhancing market share and sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to guarantee the effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Contribute to event planning, including coordinating attendance at industry tradeshows and familiarization trips; occasional travel (up to 30%) may be required.
- Provide comprehensive and timely sales reports to leadership, emphasizing performance metrics and market insights.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a preference for candidates having a background in the travel industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
