Role Summary

We are in search of an energetic and achievement-driven Business Development Manager to become an integral part of our forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely sales reports and insights to leadership on performance trends and market dynamics.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, attending relevant conferences and training sessions to enhance your expertise.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of five years of demonstrable success in business development or sales, ideally within the travel sector.
  • Strong professional network within the travel industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven analytical skills, capable of generating insights from data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, along with familiarity with sales analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Communications preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
