We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to expand our presence in physician offices across Georgia and Florida. This is a commission-only position with significant earning potential, including one-time bonuses, recurring revenue, and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Growth: Identify and target physician practices that could benefit from Thinifi’s turnkey weight loss program.
• Establish Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value and benefits of Thinifi’s weight loss program.
• Negotiate Contracts: Lead the negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms for both Thinifi and the practice.
• Client Onboarding: Support practices through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into offering Thinifi services.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain long-term relationships with practices, maximizing recurring revenue opportunities and ensuring target performance.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets to unlock large one-time bonuses and recurring revenue incentives.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or physician office sales.
• Strong network within the healthcare industry, particularly in Georgia and Florida.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-only environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation:

• Commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential.
