  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Development Officer, Business Development Manager, or a similar role in the Sales department
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools
  • Impeccable commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
