APRA AMCOS is a key business partner to Kiwi music creators. Our members—songwriters, composers, and music publishers—fuel the rhythm of Aotearoa’s music scene. Through OneMusic we license organisations to play, perform, copy, or record our members’ incredible music, ensuring they receive their well-deserved royalties.

This new role is dedicated to identifying, sourcing and optimising leads for sales conversion and accelerated revenue growth. Our team is a vibrant mix of professionals who are passionate about representing music creators and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Management: Onboard new data sources, manage technical data requirements, and ensure data quality.
  • Lead Coordination: Ingest, wash, enhance and prioritise leads, and prepare bulk uploads.
  • Market Research: Identify licensing opportunities, conduct market mapping, and support marketing and sales campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in data sourcing, manipulation, analysis and reporting
  • Intermediate Excel skills – to gather, organise and present data-based reports
  • Experience with CRM software and specifically Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills
