Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key player in driving our business growth. You will focus on generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. This role requires a blend of communication and analysis skills and a deep understanding of our services and the unique needs of the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the jewelry industry through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events, as well as Linked In.
• Client Engagement: Engage with prospects through calls and meetings to understand their needs and introduce them to our services.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and approaches for the jewelry market.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or web design sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
