Business Development Representative | Embrace Software Inc | India
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about technology and eager to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base in the software sales industry. As a BDR for our SaaS product, you will be a key contributor to generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven salesperson to help drive revenue growth for a rapidly expanding software provider in a niche market.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek potential clients in target industries through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, customizing your approach to address their specific pain points.
- Nurture and qualify leads that have engaged with our company through inbound sales prospecting.
- Present our SaaS product effectively, highlighting its benefits, features, and competitive advantages to potential clients.
- Guide interested prospects through the sales pipeline, from demo stages to converting them into sales-qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our SaaS product.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in selling complex software solutions.
- Proven success in outbound and inbound lead generation in a competitive, results-driven environment.
- Strong interest in technology, particularly SaaS products, with the ability to learn quickly and understand product benefits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a sales-focused environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
